Gen4 celica 2selc engine swap, whos done it

Does anyone here have a gen 4 celica, or know someone that had the 2selc engine and swapped it,
If so what engine did you swap in place of the 2se, and what type of work was involed, (ie...mounts, exhaust, ecu, drivetrain, tranny. etc..)

So if I understand it right...you want to swap a 2SE into your car? If so, that would be going backwards.

This would be a bad engine choice.

Now that I've read it again, I see that you want to swap something in place of your current 2SE. Hmm.. well it is an S block, so I'm guessing a 3s-gte would bolt up. I'm not sure though.

So the gen4 came with a 2SE? If you read the wording, it sounds like he has a gen 4 and wants to swap a carbed 2SE-LC into it. ANY other S-engine would be better than a 2S.
On second thought, maybe it's a 2S"F"E, and in which case a 3SFE should plop right in.

Ya parts are very limited for this engine, its basically impossible to mod it.
Someone has got to know some info on this, I want to swap in a 3SGE or 3SGTE, did it cost alot, take a lot of time? What type of modifications were involved.
hope someone knows something
thanks
