check undet the steering wheel column and to the left. The fuses are in a box to the left. (sorry about the song refference) You know about the fuse box in the engine bay?
That's where the two fuse boses are.

Under the kick pannel on the interior. To the left of your feet. That should house the fuse for the headlight and foglights. Inside the engine bay there are two fuse boxes, one on the battery I believe and one on the passenger side. One of those, (the left for 5th gens) Has the relays for the headlights.

Why do you need the fuse in the first place? Headlights not working?

If only the brights are coming on. It's a relay. That or the offchance that the filaments for both low beams went at the same time. I would check the relays first.
