How do I.....?

I was just wondering what is the best way for me to learn all about my car? I have a 1991 Toyota Celica. I am tired of being ignorant about my own car. Should I buy a manual? The Factory 1991 Toyota Celica manual? Or the Chilton Toyota Celica Manual? I don't know....
Please just help a beginner in cars figure out the basics of his car.

I am open to any suggestions...

-Thank you

Toyota Factory manual is best but a Haynes or Chiltons manual can be helpful, especially for beginners. The Factory manual assumes you have some knowledge and skips some basic steps that a beginner would want to know when learning about cars.

I started with Haynes b/c they're cheap and later went to the OEM manual. They are more expensive but worth every penny.

Ok. Thanks for the info. I can find the OEM manual for $25. Should I just skip to that manual even though I am a beginner?

$25 for OEM is a good price, I'd buy it. If you have some mechanical aptitude, you'll be fine with the OEM manual, don't worry.
