I have a 2003 Toyota Celica GT-S. 6-speed manual.
I LOVE IT!

I was wondering if someone could give me a list of possible performance upgrades from TRD or another highly respected source.

2003+ Celica GTS is DBW so you will have to check if intakes are available for 2003+ GTS. newcelica.org should be a great site for you to find it more info from other Celica owners.

To get you started, you can look into these:

Injen cold air intake
Greddy Evo2/TRD exhaust/Magnaflow full catback exhaust

Fidanza 7.5 lbs race flywheel
ACT stage 1 clutch

(Again check PFC harness is available for 2003+ GTS. Your best resource will be monkey wrench racing that was working on a harness for DBW Celica GTS and for Corolla XRS)

Lift tuning (5500 - 8700 rpm)

2000 - 2001 had cable driven throttle.
2002 - rev limiter dropped to only 7800 rpm (slower)
2003+ - throttle system now drive by wire, the 8400 rpm rev limiter returns
2005 - the rev limiter dropped to 7800 rpm again.
