Should I Buy?

I found a 1991 Celica just like mine that is selling as a whole for parts.
The description of the car (for sale):
183K miles
Engine just died
NEW:
Front two tires
battery
brakes
ignition wires
distributor coil
fuel pump
and he says ETC.

From what I can see in the pictures the car looks clean inside and out. The car does need a new coat of paint but that doesn't matter since the car would be used for parts and would need to be painted again anyways.

He is asking for $350.

Do you guys think this is a good deal?? I know I haven't given a lot of information for you guys to work with, but please just give me your opinion.
