Unhappy Heating up all the time

hi guys,

im having major problems with my car over heating frequently.

i've changed my water pump, my thermostat, flushed the radiator and changed the top tank of the radiator, there is coolant in radiator. head gasket has been checked...no problems....

btw...its a 2.2 engine....any ideas? it usually over heats after a bit of high rev drive...i have to put the air con on to turn the fan on and cool the engine in higher speeds...it runs better in high speeds....its weird....

If all is ok and there are no cracks in the head, head gasket is ok and compression is in normal range try changing the temperature sensor.

Even though you flushed the rad, the fins and passages inside could be corroded and / or clogged, thus reducing cooling efficiency. How old is the rad? Pop the cap and take a look inside.
