AFM=Air Flow Meter

Its job is it reads the amount of air going into your engine and calculates the proper fuel amount for the given reading. You will need to puschase an adapter for an open air element.

You could go to a junkyard and go through some of the cars there, older 300ZX's and 280Z's have them. Or you could just buy an AFM Adapter Plate from your local parts guys or some online place like driverfx or 6deep.com.

Thanks. I saw a couple on E-bay, but they told me that the GT's adapter plate wont work on an ST.
