CT20b or CT26

I have an 88 Celica..finally, and it has the stock CT26 turbo in it, and i want to step up the power a little bit, so i was thinking something from a Supra. What would be the best way to go, i will also be purchasing an FMIC to go with the turbo as well as a BOV, but i already know which BOV to get. So what would be the best FMIC and what turbo from an OEM toyota would work and be best
