Talking 83 celica gt

Who all out here has ever seen a 1983 Celica GT with a matrix III convertible top package. I would love to know how many are still on the road. please post if you know of any still around.

Sad to say, I have to agree, nobody has seen one.
They were made in both the US and under license in Australia but not many were made.
Very few have survived.

There was also an RA65K convertible released by Toyota (usually made as a coupe and then converted by private firms under Toyota's control). These were called the Challenge Sunchaser Convertible in Australia.

And there was a Sunchaser convertible made on the previous body style by Griffith.

Since we're unlikely to see a Matrix3 in the flesh, could you post a pic for us to see.
