HELP! Fuse Problems, 1994 Celica

Hello all and thank you in advance!

My wife's 1994 celica has the following new problems (1) Power windows on both sides do nothing (2) all instrument dials do nothing, including speedo and odo

This morning I replaced two rear hubcaps and installed a very basic clip-on front-end bra. When I started the car I noticed that the windows weren't working. Since both windows were dead, I figured it was a fuse.

I turned off the car and tried to swap a few of the fuses (with same Amp rating) to see if I could get the windows back on. When I turned the car on the instrument dials are dead. Now, no matter how i rearrange the fuses, all dials and both windows are dead.

I don't have an owner's manual so all i have is the cryptic fuse diagram. What fuse controls the windows? Which fuse controls the dials?

HELP!!!
