Engine Swap uncontrol fuel

I changed my celica 90' engine (5SFE) for a 3SGE (Japan version which came with a 550cc injectors). I had installed the following to that engine: TO4/T3 Turbo; low compression pistons (original MR-2 turbo pistons); MSD-6A (Increase spark power) and modified fuel rail which pressure was decreased to about 35 PSI (this help to reduce the amount of fuel getting actually inside the engine).

The problem is that my car can not burn the amount of fuel that is getting inside the chamber, due to this the car get clogged of fuel and does not want to increase the revelution once get aorund the 3500 revolution.

I can correct that problem with the "Haltech Engine Management model E6S", but the problem is that the installation charges are around $1000.00.; so I'm looking for a cheaper alternative to correct the fuel problem.

Do any one know how can I do that? For example: If I use a 3SGTE ECU, Can I use it with my factory cables "harness"?
