Angry 77 Celica GT problems/questions

I recently bought a 1977 Celica GT, and while I was driving I flipped on the fan and (not likely a coincidence) my tachometer, fuel gauge, and engine temp. gauge flat lined.
Now, I can't get them to work. It's not a fuse. The MPH gauge and lights/radio still work. The car runs fine.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

(also, when i checked under the hood, there was no belt from the crankcase to the air pump-- so i put one on...I wonder why the original owner never did...)

The "CRG" (charge) light that is in the temp. gauge comes on, and it appears a bit brighter when you try to use the fan. It doesn't have A/C. It also doesn't have a battery gauge. I have started it and driven it a few times. It happened yesterday while I was driving. Hazard lights flash in the back fine.

This has happened to me.
The fuse that goes to the dash instruments has blown.
When this blows everything else keeps working but the dash instruments fail (except the radio and fan which are on different fuses) and the charge light works back-to-front.

I see one red 10V fuse under the wheel but it doesn't appear to be shorted.
Where is this fuse you mention located?

i somehow fixed it...or it fixed itself...or something. i fiddeled with the fuse by the battery and the wires under the steering wheel. but the radio fuse (5v glass) keeps burning out...like, as soon is i shifted it... when i got the car the fuse was was hot wired.
