Click...nothing. Click...nothing.

Used to be you would turn the ignition and get *click* (wait 10 seconds) and it'd start. As it's gotten progressively colder in the mornings though the wait time has gotten longer, and this time it wouldn't turn over at all.

Sound like battery or starter?

Doesn't really sound like a battery because you said that you would wait 10 sec and it would turn over. Might get your starter tested to make sure its not that but that still doesn't really sound like the problem. Your car is nearing 20 yrs. It might be that its getting older and you might need a oil pan warmer. I have a friend that has to use one in his corrola in the winter, thats the best that I can think of though.
