Gen5 93 Celica ST wont start..or roll start!

Car was driving good (besides an occasional low-idle at stop lights and such) When I pulled out of the driveway and I thought I killed it. As I tried to start it back up All I hear is the high pitch running of the starter...sounded like the starter was running hard and just was'nt grabbing at all.

So I then check my fuses, fuel level, battery charge and everything checks out good. I then decided to go to Ol' Fateful...Roll Start!

I had to buddies push me down the street and dumped it in 1st and 2nd gear to no prevail (it didn't show a hint of wanting to turn over.)

I just replaced plugs, wires and D-cap and I have no clue where to go from here.

Any help is appreciated and needed!

Is your engine seized? I roll-start my 92 celica st everytime my battery dies. It works everytime. You shouldn't have that problem. Something's wrong with your engine.

Timing belt may have broke on you.
If the starter sounds like it's whining out, it could be bacause you're just turning over the bottom end. I've heard that sound before and that was it for me.
Pull the top of the timing cover off. That's real easy. 5 minutes. You can inspect the belt from the top.
Just a thought.
