Gen5 91 Celica GT-s Engine Swap Help!

Anybody know what I could drop in to replace my stock 2.2? The engine is getting up there in miles... and i cant seem to beat anything on the road (except some hondas, heh heh). I love my GT-s, it's sexy, just... a little slow. I am looking to keep it NA and wishing for around 170-200+ HP. If anyone could give me a nice starting point, possible engines with figures, costs, etc. Please let me know.
Oh, and one more thing... What about turning my FF into an FR? What does THAT take?

That body style of celica was available in an awd turbo. Alot of people who are looking to get more power stick one of those motors in and use an mr2 transmission to make it work. In stock form the motor makes 200 hp but you would probably want to get an intake and exhaust when swaping it in. Add a boost controller you could make 230 hp no problem.

The swap is not hard because everything bolts in to the same mounts and it has been done all before so you wouldnt be the first
