Gen5 5th gen wheels recommendations.

I have a 90 Celica ST that I'm wanting to upgrade wheels for. I currently have the stock 13" and would like 15 or 16 but I'm not sure what size and width is better...I want to fill the wheel well gap a bit more but I don't want the tire to stick out the side. Does anyone have any suggestions as to sizes and specs? Thanks`1

Put 15 inch inexpensive wheels on it. Too much money on an old car is tacky. I run on 14'' steelies. Still looks alright to me.

Yeah, I don't want to spend a lot on the wheels and I want something that doesn't stick out of the wheel wells...as much a stock look as possible but still better for autocrossing! Thanks.

I'm more interested in which offset is the best. I don't want my tires to stick out and/or rub on the strut. PLus I want to use racing tires so, 15s are probably better for the pocket book...lol
