Lookin to upgrade

Ok well I recently bought a 1998 celica gt liftback with a 5s-fe engine in it with a 5 speed. I'm looking to do alot of stuff but it will take a while so im just wondering what some of the best parts for it will be... I just put some new yokohama tires on it. I'm looking to get full exhaust (headers-tip), a turbo w/ intercooler kit, high performance plugs and wires, cold air intake, new suspension, once I get the turbo im gonna put in a performance clutch, and various things for the engine (most engine work will be done for the turbo). What would be the best place to buy some of these parts from and what would be the best brands to get. I won't need anything professionally installed as I have access to a large automotive shop with tools, lifts, and anything else I will need.

Are you getting a header and CAI or a turbo? Header and turbo don't go together, neither does a CAI and a turbo.

I wouldn't start buying parts for an n/a setup if your going to ditch it. Save your cash for the motor because it's going to get real expensive.

There are no exhausts that are bolt on and suitable for a turbo. You'll have to go custom.`

The point of getting a CAI is to get colder air into the motor, obviously. With a turbo your sucking in cold air, but because the turbo itself is very hot, it heats up quickly so it really kills the point of it, that's why theres an intercooler after the turbo, to cool the intake after the turbo heats it up.
