85 celica headlight problem HELP!!

I have a 85 celica gt. When I turn the headlights on, the parking lights work, the headlights pop-up, but they don't light up. If I place a penny between the relay contact they come on. I have replaced every relay I can find. I am at my witts end!! thanks in advance for your help!!

Do you have a wiring diagram from a Toyota or Haynes manual?

Which relay did you short with the penny?
Which colour wires did you short?

Do you have a circuit tester?
These are just a long wire and a light bulb inside a probe.
Very cheap to buy at any good auto shop.

I suspect a bad wire or a bad contact but it will take some probing to find which one.
