Installing cams - 5SFE

Head was reinstalled after being at the machine shop. I tore the thing apart too quick, and did not take note of how the alignment marks on the cam gears where supposed to line up. My Chilton is less than helpful. Can anyone give me the scoop? I would simply match up the marks on the cam gears but the manual references "Timing Marks" and "Assembly Reference Marks" on the 2x3 in. drawing, and then says to use the alignment marks not the assembly marks, but I can't tell the difference in the pic or on the gears. Little help?
