holysmoke New TN User Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: 23602 Posts: 2 Gameroom cash: $1500 Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts iTrader Score: 0 reviews	Where's my 96 Celica starter relay? 96 Celica auto trans 4cyl eng won't turn over. replaced ignition switch. bench checked starter. cleaned all cable connections. My Haynes manual is no help. It says the starter relay is in the No. 4 fuse & relay block @ the passenger kick panel. There's a relay there but it doesn't look like their illustration and it has several pins instead of the usual 4 pin relay. any help would be much appreciated.
