i have a 93 celica conv and i put a straight through on the exhaust and i also put on a cold air intake. now i am runnning rich. how do i change the fuel air ratio. do i need a secondary computer and if so what can i get on a budget? i just need to adjust it to make the car run normal its sucking down too much gas

did you just get rid of the o2 sensor?... and if you handnot hook up your IAT sensor that may or may not have been removed with the air intake!

it is hooked up but it is still running rich
