When i take off its fine but when it hits around 3500rpm after that seems like there nomore power!!! the clutch is fine was just replaced! 3500 Km ago! and max i have gotin it was up to 80 km floored! in 4th and i tryed down shifting and still 80 floored!
Im thinking its a o2 sensor,MAP Sensor!
also the throttle body screw is 1/4 turn open if i open it any more it idles way to high!!! i have checked for vaccum leaks cant find any!!!! help!
Well tell you what! as i was test driving to see if i have fixed the power problem couple of bolts came out well i turned around and went home! and i jacked up the car and i see that there the engine mount bolts!!! also the support member going from gas tank to front wasnt bolted on! after i put the 2 bolts were they needed to go plus that other bolt!!! it had way more toque!
nOW I timed it to 10Degrees! as it should be ~! but my rpms are high 1300rpm plus its really RICH!!!!! How can i adjust the fuel amount! Or is there a way to reset it!
That looks like a vacuum valve that goes between the brake booster an the manifold. The manifold sucks the air out of the booster (ie makes vacuum) and this little valve makes sure that air doesn't get back in.
If it becomes permanently open then it acts like a huge manifold leak and the engine will die unless the idle is set really high.
At least that what happens when it is plumbed in.
Not sure why yours has no hoses.

does it sound like the engine is under a real heavy load at about 3500 rpm and dosnt want to go any farther.........
i description of what i am tlaking about could be similar to the sound of a car on a dyno.......????
if so you could be looking at a stopped up cat or some heavy restriction in the exhaust system...

well i knocked all the stuff out of the cat sooo maybe the rest is clogged
disconnect at the exhasut manifold and then drive your car... if it gets better than you found your problem... clogged exhaust system.... and if not look at your fuel pressure.....

this may not have something to do with your car not going pulling past 3500 rpm but something you can check for your idle issue NotesFig. 66 ISC valve test connections

Check resistance between terminal B1 and S1 or S3 , and between B2 and S2 or S4 , Figs. 66 and 67. Resistance should be 10---30 ohms.
Connect battery positive terminal to valve terminals B1 and B2 , then ground terminals S1 , S2 , S3 and S4 in sequence. Valve should move towards closed position.
Connect battery positive terminals B1 and B2 , then ground terminals S4 , S3 , S2 and S1 in sequence. Valve should move towards open position.
If valve fails to perform as outlined, valve is defective.
Install ISC valve, then check idle speed as follows:
Run engine until it reaches normal operating temperature, then ensure air cleaner and all vacuum hoses are properly installed, all accessories are off and transmission selector is in neutral.
Connect voltmeter to check engine connector terminals E1 and VF.
Run engine at 2500 RPM and ensure voltmeter needle fluctuates 8 times or more in 10 seconds. If not, check oxygen sensor.
With engine idling, check that speeds are within specifications and voltmeter reading is 1.25---3.75 volts.
If idle speeds or voltage is not within specifications, check for vacuum leaks, defective throttle body, throttle position switch or ECU, and correct as needed.

3S-FE
Disconnect ISC valve wiring connector.
Using suitable ohmmeter, measure resistance between +B and ISC1 terminals, then between +B and ISC2 terminals, Fig. 68.
Resistance between both sets of terminals should be 16---17 ohms. If readings obtained are not as specified, replace ISC valve.
Connect ISC valve wiring connector.

on this one hook your volt meter up to the signal wire going back to the ecu from the map sensor connector.. you will need to back probe this connector.... match your readings up to this chart...... go thru out the rpm range and check as follows....
