Canada Good 2.2 base

I wanna know if a 5s-fe 2.2 rebuilt (milage back to zero) can withstand atleast 250 hp (looking for 300hp) N\A, talking integrity wise..something that won't blow on me.

if not, what changes have to be made.
Better gaskets, forged pistons rods crankshaft and engine block, better water pump, better radiator, better oil pump?

Any other motor parts fit on the 5s-fe, like the motor head and super charger of an mr2 or exhaust or intake manifolds of an all-trac gt-4, maybe a better crankshaft or internals of another motor in the 5s-fe.

I have a celica gt-s 92 with almost 300000 clicks on it or 190 000 miles, so rebuilding a motor might be better than getting a used motor with 160 000 clicks on it.

OH, and also a good bolt on tranny

I'm trying to keep the 5s-fe due to the fact that JDM engines don't last as long. I already have a motor, might as well use it.

I'm looking for something i can use as a daily driver and I LOVE low end torque, lots of kick off the bat. That's why I'm not looking for turbos (too expensive anyway). So superchargers are something I'm looking for, so I dunno if a 4a-gze head can work on the 5s-fe.

I heard that a mr2 93 LSD tranny that could fit bolt-on.
