2000 celica wheel alignment problem?

i have a 2000 toyota celica gts

I just went in to get a wheel alignment at canadian tire and they said they couldnt do it because there was damage on the passenger front. They said i might have to replace the lower control arm and maybe a spindle in order for them to do an alignment.
My question is they said maybe, i dont want to put all this money in the car and find out they still cant do the alignment.

Any help on this one will be great guys.
as well i have a print out of the specs when they attempted to do an alignment.
when im in first gear and giving it it tends to pull to the left and my tire is worn out there as well.
