starting and dying problem NEED HELP!!!

I have a 1992 Toyota Celica gt 2.2l 5S-FE motor about 180k+ miles

the starting problem: sounds like it will turn over but doesn't fire.
the dying problem: when it idles after being ran for a while it will just die.

I've replaced the starter, distributor cap, fuel pump, fuel bracket, spark plugs, spark plug wires, fuel filter, battery and cables, timing belt replaced and set, and I just last weekend the fuel pressure regulator.

I can spray starting fluid into the cone filter(i replaced the stock filter for a short ram air intake) and it starts right up usually

any suggestions please I'm stumped and have been fighting this problem for about 6 months now. Thank you.

Find the fuel return hose from the fuel rail and clamp it off Left (drivers) side of engine under intake plenum. Try to start engine. If it runs clamped then you have insufficent fuel volume. The fact that it runs on starter fluid shows fuel starvation. If the timing belt is off a tooth or more the engine will act like yours does. If the distributor is turned as far as it will go in its adj bolt holes this also shows the t-belt is improperly installed and someone is trying to make up for it by maxing out the ignition timing adj. I have more suggestions after you check these.

It did end up being the distributor ... I play with it and moved it around but had no luck .. frustrated i just gritted my teeth and took it to a place to diagnose it
for about 90 dollars and then had it replaced ... the cars starts and runs now without dying so it's mostly fixed lol now i'm have a problem with an oil leak and it's burning up radiator fluid when I drive it to long ..

I replaced the oil pan gasket and the valve cover gasket

and as far as the radiator fluid .. I have replaced the water pump, radiator, thermostat (twice) and hoses so i'm kinda stumped on what is going on
it seems to heat up faster when I run the A/C
