gen 7 Question about performance chip?

Hey everyone, i have a question about performance chips and i would appreciate any possible feedback. I currently and proudly own a 2004 Celica GT Tsunami Ed. and i was looking into getting and installing a performance chip. I was wondering if anyone currently has a chip installed and does it really make that much of a difference in engine performance and fuel millage?
If so what type of chip would you recommend?
I am currently running a 1.8L, 4cyl. VVT-i with an AEM Cold Air Intake.
I found a couple of chips on ebay but the deals seem to good to be true, thye claim an increase of around 40 hp and more torque and cost around $20, lol. Here is a link of one that caught my eye. http://tinyurl.com/ynoadw
Like i said any feedback on this topic would be much appreciated.

Thank you

Save your money, it's a waste of $$$ and time.....besides, you could probably go to Radio Shack and pick up the identical parts for pennies on the dollar, if you know what to look for. C'mon, you know what they say about deals that seem too good to be true, right ?

Thanks for the reply and yea you are right it does sound to good to be true, i know what your saying. It funny tho because i read a lot of reviews and people are claiming they do see a difference in hp and performance but personally i think its bull crap. Wat would you suggest i can do to increase my performance without spending a fortune?
