i think when you first start the engine, the high idle shouldn't be surprising as the computer is not running closed loop as of yet, it's running in some warm up mode and then when it's warmed up it should go to it's normal idle. I could be wrong (thinking of OBD-2 computer cars) but im pretty sure that's why it idles higher than usual at startup.
Otherwise yeah, you'll have to adjust the idle if it's above 850 after warm up

I have to do the same thing asap, as my idle was perfect until i recently changed air filter and cleaned out my dirty ass throttle body and now it idles at like 1200rpm (i think cuz it's flowing more air easily?)
