hybrid question

to make a 20r/22r hybrid, do i just need the 22r block? or do i need more 22r components? in essence; if i just bought a bare block, would that be all i need?

you would need the complete 22r short block and complete 20r top end or equivalent in supe up parts.

the 20r T chain and cover will work and so will the harmonizer pulley, oil pan ,pick up and the dust sheild, the brackets "should". i cant remember off the top of my head if the fly wheel does or not.

i should also note that you need to use 78-83 donor eng's

or you and your machinist need to know what they are doing to get the deck height correct.

you really should be doing a lot of research on this, it has been done alot so there are quite a few build up threads around, or you could mimic the parts from LC or enginebuilder
