2003 Celica GT Electrical Problems

Last fall I picked up a 2003 Celica GT, love it but I have a problem. The battery died a month or so ago and it got jumped. No luck. Put in a new battery. Still no luck. Checked and replaced a bunch of fuses and got it to start. Runs like a champ but the wipers, cruise, radio, gauges, sunroof, windows and doorlocks don't work. I have re-checked all fuses, under the hood and in the passenger area with no luck. I have the wiring diagrams but am a total amateur on reading them. What am I missing?

By the way, I am a new member and having a blast reading thru the forum. I appreciate your help and hope I can contribute in the future.

Fusable Link is a posibility. It connects parallel to the positive terminal and is designed that if a major short takes place, It will disconnect the majority of the systems to prevent damage. Now that how it was done in the past, these new cars may or may not use the same prevention.
