Canada Cat

I'm planning on doing the whole exhaust line to 2 1/2 in but i was wondering what would happen if i didn't have the catalyser, would it cost me more gas per week or will the motor be out of funk?

It's a celica 92 5th gen, so the antipollution law shoudn't be a problem for me.

Why not? It won't even pass e-test. Just put a aftermarket cat along the exhaust. You got lots of space under the car.

You must not be in Ontario I suppose as your 92 would still be subject to emission testing. heh
But there's no after-cat o2 sensor so I suppose it wouldn't affect the computer.
At least I don't think there is one (there shouldn't be right because its not odb-2)

I just put a new cat on my 93 but I'm still subject to emissions testing (2 more tests, 2010, 2012; lol)
