celica swap. need help asap!!!!!!!

Hey, I did a 3sgte swap into a 92 gts (5sfe) I bought the car off someone who already had all the wiring done for the swap he had the same motor in it. it won't turn over with the key,the starter relay clicks, but that's it. if I run a wire from the ignition wire under the dash to the starter it will turn over. Also for the fuel injector pack where is the other plug,(the two prong plug), I have the round 5 prong plug hooked up, but can't seem to find the other one. And the tranny plug that comes off of the speedo cable, can't seem to find that on the harness. There is also a round one prong plug that comes off the chassis harness by the battery/fusebox, what is that for.also what four igniton wires have to be redone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
