'95 Celica GT quick question

The engine comes stock with 130 hp but would any other engines with a bit more stock power be able to fit into the car?

Yes, most S series engines will physically bolt on.
The most common swap for GT is 3sgte engine from Celica Alltrac or MR2 turbo.
200hp, 200 ft-lb of torque, stock for USDM 2nd gen engine.
(a little higher on JDM 2nd gen 3sgte engine and 40 hp more on 3rd gen 3sgte engine)
Then, it's just a matter of boost controller, bigger turbo, etc ....
