Lost Keys for 01 GTS! NEED HELP!!

I lost my only key few weeks ago. I went to the dealer, gave them the VIN and they told me my car key has no chip, so they made me a new key and said it should work. However, the first one doesn't work at all. I went back, get the second one, only the back truck works. My friend lost that key again and I made the third copy. It still didn't work, not even the back truck!!! I'm desperate... They said I might have to change all the key locks and ignition, which will cost me $1800 -$2000! Can anyone kindly give me some advice?
