was there a 3S-GE in 5th gen celicas like not in north america? i think i saw somthin bout them before but im haveing a hell of a time finding info on them any one know anything about them like specs and what not? im just wondering if it would be a good swap from 5S-FE to 3S-GE. thanks

The trims that come with 3sge are
ST182: 2.0 GT-i (Europe), GTR 2WS (Japan)
ST183: GTR 4WS (Japan, Europe)
They are all 2nd gen 3sge, 153 hp, 137 ft-lb of torque.

Gen 3 3sge was offered in 6th gen Celica, 173 hp137 ft-lb of torque.
Gen 4 or BEAMS 3sge (VVTi) is the highest output 3sge out there (197hp -207hp)

but i thought that the 5th gen GT-Rs with 4WS came with 3S-GE over in new zeland and japan and a few other countries i thought
