need help in finding an AllTrac drivetrain

Hi to all, I own a Corolla but I guess you can get the reason why I'm posting on the Celica forums (I guess the thread title gives it away).

I'm planning on slowly transforming my Corolla into a 4WD machine so I can do some serious hillclimbing and rallying, and I guess the WRC-spec conversion is the best template (only that I'm using a 4-dr sedan model...sigh). I've been planning on starting this June, so right now I'm hoping to get a few ideas to get a good direction.

So, I should stop beating around the bush...I would just like to ask if the AllTrac drivetrain can be assembled from individual parts...and I would also like to ask for help on where I can source the parts from (either an online buy or someone here in the Philippines who's reading this thread would be appreciated). Or maybe, I would like to ask if there's a place where the whole AllTrac drivetrain itself is sold. I'm not sure if half-cuts include the rear diffs and driveshafts, and I don't think I can pick up the half-cuts myself either.

I'm really looking forward to a 3S-GTE engine swap, but I don't think I'll be happy with it on a front wheel drive.

I just need help, opinions, and ideas. If you think this is a bad idea then please let me know. Thanks!

Gonna be hard to source, you'll probably have to find a totalled one in a junkyard. Some front clips come with the rear diff, but that's it.

You might be better off finding a Corolla All-Trac wagon.

The amount of money spent on converting a 4door corolla into the GT-FOUR would be a waste. Use that money and buy yourself a GT-FOUR and strip and modify the hell out of it. The reason why toyota had the corolla GT-FOUR was because it was ment from the start to be a off raod racing car hence the hatch design.
