Unhappy Barely any brakes!! Please help!

Ok, so a little while back i notice i had a low brake pedal on my 01 GT and was having a tough time stopping. I took it to Midas because i dont know anyone in the area and they automatically told me it was the master cylinder. Well my boss refered me to her mech and spoke highly of him so i let him change the cylinder. Well that didn't help. Bled the lines and the cylinder a few times....nothing. Replaced the cylinder again b/c the new one may have been faulty. Nothing. Well we found out that the inside brake pads were completely shot. Couldn't tell by looking at it because it looked like a lot of pad left. Had to take the rotors off to find out the pads were shot. Apparently the aftermarket rotors were a bit smaller than stock so it left a strip of pad at the top where it wasn't touching. Oh and one of the pins on each caliper were frozen in the "in" position. So we replaced the calipers, rotors and pads, then bled the cylinder, then the lines and thought that would fix everything. Guess what? Very small improvement but still doesn't stop well. Now we dont' know what to do. I'm trying to avoid going to dealer if possible. Does anyone with brakes exp. have any ideas? Sorry for the long post but i figure details will help anyone that may have answers/suggestions. Thanks!

Is the pedal spongy or rock hard? If spongy there is still air in the lines or a caliper slide is still frozen. If rock hard, make sure the booster is connected and working properly. If normal pedal pressure with no stopping, I suspect the calipers, pads and rotors, however you claim to have replaced them. Were they replaced on all 4 wheels or front only? Which pads and rotors did you use? Take a look at the brake hoses. They may have collapsed. Did you use OEM on the master cylinder? If not USE OEM! Do you have ABS? If so the actuator may have a problem? It may also require the scan tool to properly bleed the system. Without looking at the car I can only give suggestions.
Your best bet in this case may be the dealership.
BTW there can never be too much info as you can see by my questions.

No, its spongy and pretty much just goes to the floor. How could a brand spanking new caliper slide be stuck as soon as we put it on? I guess it could be possible since when i brake hard i notice that the pass. side seems to grab more the way the car tilts (just a little bit but noticable). We only replaced the front b/c i have drums in the rear and they are still in good shape. How, I don't know since i've been having to use my e-brake at times.

He got all the parts from Carquest including the master cylinder and he didnt get the cheap pads either. Don't know if their parts are considered OEM or not. Yes i do have ABS, and i'll also have to see if the lines collapsed. How can you tell if they have? I mean, is it something you can look at or does it have to be tested somehow? Yeah i was afraid i'd have to go to the dealer but i guess if i want it done and not have to keep dumping unnecessary money into it......... Thanks for your suggestions Hevster!
