Gen5 How should I revive this Celica?

Everyone that sees this car is amazed that it's almost 20 years old (think of what a 1990 prelude or Mustang or Accord looked like). Toyota was way ahead of the styling game on the 5th gen Celica. It seems like they actually toned it down on the 6th gen. Any suggestions on where I should get started? My clearcoat is stripped and crinkled on most of the vehicle, I have a dented driver's side fendr and a rust spot on the passenger side so I was thinking about new aftermarket fenders and I have a cracked grill which I can't seem to find the part number for or even an acuarte description of what louver like part is called. No body kits or huge spoilers maybe the OEM style GT spoiler. Where can I get a parts catalog for the 5th gen celica online? Suggestions welcomed.

I also need to replace the rear light assembly due to a huge hole. I know there are no altezzas for this car (that would be so 1998 anyway). Any Idea where I could get the OEM 92 or 93 GT lights and if the would fit?
