AC Problems

Hey i have a 2004 GT and when i turn the car on and turn the AC on the light starts to blink and hot air blows in. I have checked the Frion level and fuses. Any suggestions would be great help

enter self-diagnostic mode by holding down ac and re-circulate buttons and turning on the ignition switch to on (do not start the engine), all leads will flash four times and then display the dtc,note that dtc 21 will be output if the check is performed in a dark place.

self diagnostic mode is only available for auto ac.
