1987 sway bar bushing sets?

I've been on the hunt for sway bar bushing sets around town but I can't find anyone local to help me. My Celica has badly deteriorated parts and I can't get an accurate measurement. I don't have a Celica book, but even if I did, I probably wouldn't be able to find this part size.

I'm considering buying from a place online, but I can't find the correct diameter I need for my car.

Does anyone know this size? Or if there's an auto parts store (nationwide) that may carry these sets? (I've currently got the sway bar rigged with wire so it doesn't pound the inside of my wheel well)
