Celica Turbo 3S-GTE overheated warped head..80k on the 90 Celica Turbo 3S-GTE car all stock in 8+ condition..rebuild or swap??

It really depends. I would guess that since the block is iron you can get it decked and be good. However the head is aluminum and could easily be warped beyond repair. My advice would be to pull the motor, take it apart, and take it to a reputable machine shop. They will be able to tell you, what you're working with. My guess would be; block = salvagable and head = dead. Although I would have no way of knowing without measurements.

If your block is still good, my vote would be to rebuild it with custom rods and pistons and replace the head. It might cost a little more than a swap longblock, but the potential would increase dramatically.
