I've tried changing plug wires around used a known good wire still no change I,ve also changed the cap and rotor I've used the spark plug from one of the good cylinders no change wire from good cylinder no change fuel injector from a good cylinder no change this is why I wonder if it is a pickup coil or something like that every other cylinder is good if I remember correctly the two cylinders that don't work are in order in firing order 1 and 3 work 2 doesn't work at all and 4 is weak I will check the compression in the cylinders looking for 149 still any comments or suggestions are appreciated

Connect a spark plug to the wire. Touch the outside of plug to chassis ground. you can have all 4 four out so you don't do it one at a time. Crank the engine and look for spark. It may not be spark problem.

Looks like bad wire on 2-4 injector. Engine is batch fire and I believe 2-4 fire at same time.
