celica wiring confusion

I just picked up an '86 Celica GT for $300.00. Upon cleaning stuff up, I removed an extra wire (obviously the guy before me did it) that went between the alt+ and bat+. I removed it and now absolutely nothing interior works, the only thing i get when I turn the key is the efi relay kicking on. any ideas?

Thanks,
Tony

put the wire back in

seriously, the wire that would normally bolt to the + terminal on the alt would go straight to the battery. a common problem for all alts is this wire gets corroded or eventually builds up so much resistance that not enuff charge gets back to the battery.

there should be a stock wire in there somewhere but i would test it with a multi meter for resistance.
