Clutch and brake use the same fluid but the reservoirs are different. Look on the firewall, directly in front of the driver's seat. The clutch master cylinder (not the slave cylinder) should be mounted there. It'll look like a pipe coming out of the firewall. On top of the pipe will be mounted an opaque reservoir with fill lines on it.

nope theres nothing there. i could take a pic for you if you like to prove it to you. unless its WAY back touching the firewall....theres something back there that i cant tell what it is cuz i dont have a flashlight and i just figured it was nothing. i wouldnt think it would be the clutch fluid resevoir because there would be no way to fill it from way back there.

I stand corrected; apparently, the 7th Gen Celica uses a combined reservoir! So if you've found the brake reservoir, that's also the clutch reservoir. I guess I'm used to the old school separate brake and clutch reservoirs.

The clutch pedal operates a stem that comes out of the other side of the firewall into the engine bay. See the diagram I've attached from the 7th Gen manual. Follow the reservoir tube; the reservoir is located off the clutch master cylinder somewhere else with the brake reservoir.
