Canada possible wiring problems?

I think theres something wrong with the wiring (actually im not sure). Because it started whenever I use my horn, after 2 horns the fuse blows and whenever I replace it it blows again. I have been using the right fuse. Then afterwhile my flasher lights stopped working as well. It was working for a bit in the beginning, it would blink then it would get stuck. I went to the mechanic didnt really had da time to look at it because I was getting my brakes done as well. He said that I might need to replace the flasher relay. So im not sure if I should get a new one or would this be a wiring problem. HELPPPPPP!!!

Might be two separate issues.

A bad flasher relay can cause the lack of flashing. The easy test is to replace the relay.

The horn button powers a relay supplying power to the horn itself. Might be a short in the wiring going to the horns or in one horn.

Might check the +12V connections at the horns for problems and wiring. Try disconnecting the horns and determine if the fuse still blows.
