Arrow ECU error code 51- Help!

I have just put a straight intake on my car, and also removed the throttle body to clean it thoroughly. After reassembly I fired the car up, and it idled for about 10 seconds and then just died. I know there is a vacuum leak due to a crack in the intercooler, and I'm going to repair that. But then I decided to check for ecu error codes, and it spat out 51, which means no aircon or IDL signal, and relates to the throttle body.

What I need to know is how do I fix this? How do I adjust the TB to its correct location?

Don't know the details. As you removed the TB suggest you check the position of the throttle position sensor and wiring. TPS issues can cause this code.
