how much work to put st215 engine into a st185?

hi there, I have a st185, and the engine has blew its head gasket (down on power, white smoke etc) and I know someone selling a 3sgte engine out of a st215 caldina. I was wondering how much effort would be required to install it into my 185 and what bits I would need. it comes with complete loom. from what i understand these engines put out about 260 hp stock.

If you have the complete wire harness and ecu along then it's a stright drop in. Like with any engine swap, there are small things that will change but nothing big to worry about. It's a 3S-GTE into a 3SGTE.

there have only been a few of these swaps that I'm aware of, and I feel like I heard it's not super straight forward, but I could be wrong. Double check on alltrac.net and gt4oc.co.uk
