Gen5 Clutch Problem on a 1993 GT

So I've had a minor problem with my 1993 Celica GT for a bit now, but it has been getting a bit worse lately. At first, if I was driving around town and was stopped in traffic, the pedal would not return (pretty much flat on the floor). I would lift it up with the toe of my left shoe, and it would return to normal. After this went on for a bit, I checked the clutch fluid, and since it was a bit low, added some. However, this problem has gotten worse, so now it is common in city driving and will even happen after highway driving as well. I checked the clutch fluid and I am not low.

Anyone else had this problem and know what's wrong?

Super common problem. Either clutch master cylinder, clutch slave cylinder or hydralic line. Usually either master or slave cylinder, as was in my case. Always good to replace both the master and slave together anyways.
Wasn't too expensive to fix either, both master and slave together was like $100CAD (about $100USD)
