How do you remove speakers - 1990 ST coupe

I have a 1990 Celica ST coupe with stock speakers (2 in the dash and 2 in the rear seat panels).

Does anyone have a schematic or diagram on the proper removal technique?

I'd hate to hack something that wasn't meant to be hacked.

Final goal is to put in four, better speakers.

thanks

Front speakers are mounted to the inside of the dash panels. Remove phillips screws under steering wheel, and around glove box to remove. Rear speakers are hidden behind metal screen garnishes. Gently pry forwards and out at rear of covers to "pop" them off. Inside are four phillips screws to begin removing the side trim panel. Remove bench seat and unscrew one more phillips screw at bottom of side panel. Carefully pull panel away from the body (at the rear quarter panel) and remove the speaker housing. The speaker is screwed into a large plastic housing, which makes the outer panel removal necessary. All in all, it's a giant P.I.T.A.

The Chilton's manual has really good diagrams, you can probably borrow one at the library to see what I'm referring to...

Great - thanks for the help so far, I'll take a look in my local library. It sounds a wee bit harder than my Mazda 3.
