2nd Generation celica st183 jdm modifying please help

hi I'm new to toyotanation i own a 1990 st185 gt4 celica jdm it is currently very standard i have put performance exhaust system(big bore) and up graded intake (pod filter etc) it is running 7psi and i wont to get it up to 14psi safely? how can i do this with out getting a new ecu? eg a link or motec etc

an st183 is a GT-R front wheel drive 4 wheel steering celica right? I thought those were NA cars? Yours is turbo? 3SGE engine right? essentially an ST182 but with 4ws? is your car swapped?

Add a good boost gauge then add a manual boost controller. You will have to mod you fuel cut off to not shut off at 12psi, Do a search or go to alltrac.net and read up on mods..
