No Headlights fixed tail lights

Hello all,
My headlights and taillights on my 1985 Toyota Celica GT-S are not working. I have checked/replaced all relays/fuses under the hood and in the kick panel.

My turnsignals work my side markers work, my running lights in the front work, my stop lights work, and my headlights pop up. Where should I go from here?

I have been examining a wiring diagram, but I'm scratching my head on this one, as far as the headlights go the circuit is pretty cut and dry. Two fuses (Both good) and a bridge between the two headlights that go to the headlight switch on the steering column. I would figure that since the Head lights still pop up that the switch would be good.

My thinking according to the wiring diagram, the only thing that both circuits share is this "LT Retainer Relay" Where is this located?

The best thing to do is to find a wiring diagram, it will help you trace down the circuits. The common part between the two would be the combination switch, that is where I would look into first.

I know on my 91 the headlight relays are bolted on inside the fenders and the fenders must be removed to access them.

Okay, so I fixed the tail lights. What ended up happening with those is that two wires touched on the connector out of the combination switch.

Here's as far as I've got on the diagnosis.

It's not a ground because the tail lights and head lights share the same grounds and the tail lights work.
It's not the light retainer relay because I took it apart and examined the board under a magnifying glass no cracks or separations in the solder.
It's not the combination switch because I bought a new one. (My old one was sticking and I couldn't get it to not stick)
It's not either of the headlight fuses
It's not the bulbs themselves, because I can jumper pins with the headlight relay out and make them work.
On the side coming into the headlight relay from the battery I have 12.4 volts, and on the side going out of the headlight relay heading to the light retainer relay I have 10.4 volts with the combination switch in the tail or head postions and 12.4 volts with the switch in the off and hold positions.
It's not the headlight relay, because I took the relay out of the celica and tried it in my supra and the head lights worked.

It think it's come down to ohming every single wire in the circuit from start to finish.. Ugh..

Well after many hours of ohming wires everything lead back to the light retainer relay. "Found" one at a junkyard, replaced and blammo, headlights. Now that everything works, It's time to clean it up and take pictures!
